Devious Journal Entry

Hi Deviants!

My life has taken some unexpected turns both of the pleasant and the not so pleasant kind this past couple of years. I have waded through divorce, moving twice, dealing with heartbreak, helping my kids through heartache, trusted friends who turned out to not be friends after all, and holding everything together even when the seams kept ripping...

Through it all I held to my belief that when all the trying times were past, the sun would shine on me again It has been doing that much more lately. It seems the clouds are beginning to lift and my artistic muse has decided to begin visiting me again. I have four new paintings (have posted two of them so far), I am feeling empowered and much more like myself, and my kids are doing well and even thriving at our new home.

I am looking forward to what the world brings to me next. My experiences have made me stronger so I am thankful for both the good and even the bad... I just hope that it is mostly going up from here. No more down ok?
